At Xeanx Technologies, we stand behind our products and services. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered.
2. Subscription Services
If you have subscribed to one of our recurring services:
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account portal.
- If you cancel, you will not be billed for any additional months of service.
- Service will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
- No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of the subscription period.
